The members of our reservations sales team have intimate knowledge of Catalina and understand CIVR’s properties well. Our reservation sales team is regularly coached and guided by CIVR’s Sales Manager as they continue to develop and refine their sales techniques.
Our maintenance staff ensures reliable, prompt and skilled repairs. We realize that proper maintenance and upkeep of the vacation homes are foremost to our owners and renters, so we use a work order system to track a problem from the moment it is reported until it has been repaired. Our maintenance department is on-call seven days a week.
Our maintenance department also conducts annual property safety inspections. Most items inspected are required by the City of Avalon to be done on an annual basis.
Housekeeping, to our owners and guests alike, is one of the most important areas of the rental management business. Good housekeeping doesn’t just happen; it takes careful planning, effective supervision and constant follow-up inspections. Not only do we perform turnaround maid service for our guests, we also offer a full-range of cleaning services for our owners, including “deep cleans” and carpet cleans.
We also conduct annual housekeeping inspections, where the general condition of the homes and their contents are reviewed. The annual inspection includes, but is not limited to, an in-depth look at kitchenware, bedding, mattresses, and window treatments. Most importantly, the overall cleanliness and condition of the property is inspected.
