As the coronavirus situation evolves, nothing is more important than the safety of our homeowners and guests. We're working hard to do everything we can to be prepared and address your concerns.
Vacation rentals are not allowed to operate within city limits unless guests are looking for emergency housing used for mitigation and containment measures related to COVID-19 through May 31, 2020.

We continue to be in constant contact with the CDC and other health organizations to ensure we follow, and in many cases exceed, their guidance on health precautions related to coronavirus.
We have increased the rigor of cleaning and sanitizing procedures on our vacation homes to provide our guests with a safe and comfortable stay.
We also want to ensure you can book new travel with confidence, unlike a hotel that can have hundreds of people in close proximity, shared swimming pools, hot tubs and other areas, a vacation rental provides a unique sanctuary in a private space. Plus, most of our properties offer laundry facilities, compared to hotels where all laundry is done in the same facility.
