It's on the second of three floors, offering incredible bay and ocean views, and is just a quick walk to shopping, restaurants, activities and more. If you don't feel like climbing the stairs to the second floor (only 22 steps), there's an elevator available for your use. It also offers wireless internet access if you feel the need to bring your laptop. Just perfect for two couples or a family!
This property rents on a nightly basis during the non-summer seasons (2 night minimum, holidays and selected dates excepted) and on a weekly basis (Saturday to Saturday) in summer (mid-June through Labor Day). Rates vary by week and are subject to change. Rates do not include one-time cleaning and linen fee, 12% City of Avalon occupancy tax, and processing fees.

We really enjoyed our stay at 107 Pebby Beach Rd, Unit B. The unit was spotless and comfortable. The location can't be beat. The balcony is also a huge plus. Picking up the keys and dropping them off couldn't have been easier. We would stay here again!

This property was the perfect location for our group. We all loved tha view from the balcony; the beautiful sunsets over the water with the gorgeous landscape in the background. I was pleasantly surprised that even though the condo is located above the bike shop and several other little stores that there were no loud noises or disturbances. It was always quiet up above. The one down side to our stay was the free wifi was spotty at best inside the condo; on the balcony the signal seemed to improve. However, the rental office worked tirelessly to fix the issue. I would definitely recommend this location and this agency to anyone going to Catalina for good time and great spot to stay; just keep in mind staying "unplugged"!

Less than friendly check-in personnel worried me but once we got into the place it was great.
