This property rents on a nightly basis during the non-summer seasons (2 night minimum, holidays and selected dates excepted) and on a weekly basis (Saturday to Saturday) in summer (mid-June through Labor Day). Rates vary by week and are subject to change. Rates do not include one-time cleaning and linen fee, 12% City of Avalon occupancy tax, and processing fees.

Overall the place was an 8+, however the bedroom carpets need shampooed, and some of the exterior lights are out on the 2nd floor hallway

Catalina in mid summer is *expensive*. But what are you going to do? 107C Pebbly Beach is a very nice condo right on the water. A little noisy with road traffic during the day and until about 10pm. The condo has 2 queen beds. Sleeping on the couch is dicey as it is short and lacks extra bedding. Maybe it pulls out? I didn't check,

We all had a very good time staying here and location of the condo was great. The place was very clean and we were able to check in late with out a problem. Service was great also, they work with us for a late check out for an extra fee and even mailed the watch I forgot there back to my house. My only issues was that we had to wash all the dishes, take all the garbage out and dump it outside in the dumpster. You pay a cleaning fee of $105 when you stay here, I would think taking out the garbage and washing the dishes would be included in the cleaning fee. Other than that one little issues everything else was great.

Prime location...couldn't ask for anything better...steps away from the dock so with all the luggage, this was so convenient!
