No residence in Avalon can rival this lovely property that affords 180 degree panorama views of the harbor and canyons from almost every room, yet is only a minute’s walk to the water’s edge. Maintaining the privacy of a Tuscany hilltop home, each bedroom is tastefully appointed and newly furnished. One bedroom, which opens onto a separate balcony, has a king bed and an accompanying bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed and single bed with an adjoining bathroom. There is a large kitchen with an ample island for eating and visiting and sliding doors that open onto a lovely deck. There are 2 living rooms, each with a new queen size pullout sofa. This home has 2 large decks with comfortable patio furniture on each with areas for relaxing, barbecuing, and eating while enjoying the spectacular views. New gas appliances, adorable bathrooms, hardwood floors, and walkways with Catalina tiles will make your stay in Catalina the most memorable vacation you could ever have!(It's absolutely worth every one of the 48 steps up to the property.) Bedroom floors have carpet, bathroom floors are tile, remaining floors are hardwood with area rugs. TV in one bedroom; a small 13" TV/VCR combo in the kitchen.
AVAILABLE ON REQUEST: Possible to reserve mooring #1 or side tie to owner's boat for Harbor Fee. 30 ft. mooring.
This property rents on a nightly basis during the non-summer seasons (2 night minimum, holidays and selected dates excepted) and on a weekly basis (Sunday to Sunday) in summer (mid-June through Labor Day). Rates vary by week and are subject to change. Rates do not include one-time cleaning and linen fee, 12% City of Avalon occupancy tax, and processing fees.

This is a beautiful condo. Plenty of room for a family of 6. Nicely decorated inside and the view is great! We had the pleasure of staying a few days at New Years. Awesome spot!!

This property is outstanding, and this was the second time we stayed in it. The view from the deck, living areas, and kitchen is unbelievable. You can see the Casino, the Chimes, the harbor, and the ocean. The unit is quiet and well equipped with all the pots, pans, plates, silverware, etc. you could possibly need. We also appreciated having coffee available in the cupboard. We'll be baaack!

Stayed here for a long weekend, and accomodations were comfortable for 6 of us, and breathtaking views of the harbor from the balcony. The floorplan is a bit odd with 2 living quarters, but it works because it maximizes the views. Kitchen is large and fully equipped and island with barstools helps. Side BBQ area with this unit is great! Stairs are a bit of a hassle, but better than the Upper Terrace. Would have been nice to be able to use the lift on the side of the property. All things considered, a great stay, though!

Wow, what a great location and view of avalon from this amazing condo. We had a superb three days enjoying Catalina. The condo is comfortably furnished with everything we needed. We could walk to the grocery store and restaurants everyday to get our supplies. Then we could dine on the terraces while enjoying the beautiful sunset and glow of avalon.

We were so happy and impressed with our stay. The people at Catalina Vacation Rentals did an excellent job of matching my wants and needs with the most perfect vacation rental. We were just in awe when we arrived. It was like heaven on earth. We enjoyed every minute of it and hated to leave. The staff at Catalina Island Vacation Rentals was amazing, friendly, and helpful. The General Manager was awesome as well. He personally came up to the rental when we arrived and realized that the home did not have towels. He came up apologized and made sure that everything was up to par before leaving. We will definitely use the company again and we will definitely stay at 11 Lower Terrace again.

This place had everything! Only wish we were staying longer to take advantage of everything. Big kitchen with everything that you can think of including condiments and in some cases meals! (Pasta etc...) TV/entertainment centers throughout condo are all very very nice. Wifi included. The patio/balcony is what really really separates this place from all others. It has one of the best locations/views of any rental condo, but also a huge patio to sit out and enjoy. There is also a second patio with Grill/dining area. There are a number of water/island toys to use (kayak, bike etc). Only thing I might suggest to make the stay better: 1) There was only one pedal bike. It might be nice if there was at least 2 of them, so a couple could enjoy them together. This place is one of the more pricier condos. You did get a lot for that money, but it would be really really awesome if a Golf Cart was included.

We stayed here for our mom's 65th birthday and it was fabulous! There was 6 of us and we fit perfectly. Two decks and a BBQ. A beautiful view and walking distance to town. We had a delicious breakfast at Pancake Cottage. Great food and the best service! We would recommend 11 Lower Terrace-Lower to anyone and we will definitely be back!

My sister and I stayed here for three days, and it was perfect! There are two decks for catching sun or shade, and the view from inside is also fantastic. You can see the harbor, the Casino, the Chimes, and other landmarks. It is a short walk to town or the beach, and the furniture/accommodations inside the house are top notch. All the utensils/pots etc. you need to cook are provided, but we of course chose to eat out every night! This is now our favorite house for our fall get-together.
