Maintaining the privacy of a Tuscany hilltop home and furnished to sleep 6, each bedroom is tastefully appointed and has an adjoining adorable new bathroom and dressing room. One bedroom has a king bed with a view of the harbor and the second large bedroom has a queen bed and two single beds. There is also a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. There is a large kitchen with an ample island for eating and visiting and large French doors that open onto the 1000 square foot deck. The deck is complete with plush patio furniture for relaxing, barbecuing, and eating while enjoying the spectacular views. Gas appliances, adorable bathrooms, hardwood floors, flat screen TV’s, a stereo system, and walkways with Catalina tiles will make your stay in Catalina the most memorable vacation you could ever have! (It's absolutely worth every one of the 71 steps up to the property!)

This property rents on a nightly basis during the non-summer seasons (2 night minimum, holidays and selected dates excepted) and on a weekly basis (Sunday to Sunday) in summer (mid-June through Labor Day). Rates vary by week and are subject to change. Rates do not include one-time cleaning and linen fee, 12% City of Avalon occupancy tax, and processing fees.

Spent three nights with 4 of my closest friends at 11 Lower Terrace Upper and couldn't have been more pleased. The unit was spectacular in terms of Layout, View, Furnishings and ammenities. Everything one needs to have a hassle free, relaxed vacation and only steps from all that avalon has to offer. Great experience, highly recomended.

This Rental property, was Great . I invited some off my favorite friends on this Trip. We frequent together throughout the year on different Jazz Festivals, and events, but none of except my wife, and I had ever been to Catalina Island. So for there first time I wanted to do something special. This Property was amazing with the space, and view's from the decks we rented both levels,and they had the times of there life's . With out question this property was the best! Please take my advice, and enjoy!

My husband and I rented the upper and lower units for our 20 anniversary dinner party we have every Christmas. We could not have asked for a better place. The view is wonderful. The house had everything we needed to cook a 5 course meal. Lots of room to relax and enjoy the views. Close to the water and restaurants. We had the best time and would love to stay here again someday!

An amazing Place To Stay! Our family of six (4 adult children) spent an amazing Thanksgiving here this year ~ so wonderful that we just booked it again for Thanksgiving 2013! This property is outstanding! The views from the Wrap-Around Deck, Living areas, Kitchen and Master Suite are Unbelieveable! Wow! With comfortable outdoor couches, table/chairs, BBQ.~ having coffee on the deck watching the amazing sunrise/sunset was one of the highlights of our stay!! The Casino, the Chimes, the Harbor, Avalon Bay, the Ocean, the mountain side views ~ all right in front of you! It is so restful to watch from the Deck the arrival of the Ferry and to hear its welcoming horn! This condo is quiet and well equipped with everything you could possibly want or need during your stay! We wish we could have stayed longer to take advantage of it all. It has a huge kitchen with a Butcher Block Island in the center which provides very comfortable seating for eight people ... offering fabulous views for everyone. With WiFi included, TV and entertainment centers are conveniently located throughout condo. But, the Wrap-Around Decking is what really separates this condo from all others. Situated with one of the best locations/views of any rental condo, the decking is a wonderful area to sit, relax, dine, sip drinks and talk ... There are a number of water/island toys to use (kayak, bike etc) and a nice BBQ area, as well. For a small fee ($50.00), we had a late check-out and were able to relax until our 4:30 ferry. The only downside to this property are the 71 steep steps to its front door... which are necessary to appreciate its magnificent views, Although there is an outdoor elevator, it was not available to guests for liability reasons. It might be worth it for the owners to reconsider this policy. We strongly recommend and guarantee you'll love staying at 11 Lower Terrace Upper while in avalon, Catalina Island ~ we have already booked it for Thanksgiving, 2013!

This rental property was awesome! 6 girlfriends (40's) go on a girls weekend every year & we stayed in this house. It was perfect. 2 bedrooms, sleeping 6 comfortably (there is a hide a bed too). The kitchen had all amenities needed for a great weekend. But the most amazing part of the house was the deck & views! One word...Wow. Comfortable outdoor couches, table/chairs, BBQ. Having coffee on the deck watching the amazing sunrise/sunset was the highlight of our stay. It does have 75 steps up to the top of the property for your daily workout. It also had a elevator, outdoor lift to take you up to the top as well. We had a beach day using their booge boards, umbrella, beach chairs in a wagon. It was truly one of our favorite destinations! (12th year of our trips) I would highly recommend this property. We had late check out (3pm) paying a small fee to stay an extra 5 hours. We are already talking about coming back again, can't wait!

Taking the last ferry (5:30pm) from San Pedro we arrived after Civr office hours. The key to 11 Lower Terrace Upper was left at the avalon Taxi Stand. We were preinformed of this and found it very convenient. The condominium is beautiful and the view from the wrap-around balcony is breath-taking. You can see all of town and avalon Bay. The place is super clean and the furnishings are high quality. The beds are very comfortable and the kitchen is modern and fully supplied. Downtown is just a few minutes walk away. If you want seafood we recommend armstrong's. If you want a truely lovely lunch with a wonderful view, make reservations at Mt. Ada (Wrigley's Mansion.) For $40 you enjoy a delicious meal, which includes all you can drink and dessert. I strongly recommend and guarantee you'll love staying at 11 Lower Terrace Upper while in avalon, Catalina Island.

This was fabulous place to stay in Catalina. The home is beautifully appointed with tons of space,huge decks and walls of glass that put all of Catalina right before your eyes. Unbelievable view! We will definitely stay here again if it is available the next time we come to Catalina. We have already recommended it to friends.

What a wonderful condo, with such a great view of avalon and the ocean. Could see the coast of California with mountains. Short walking distance to bay, golf, tennis, water sports and ferry. Nothing better for the $ on avalon. (A little stair climb though).
