This Mediterranean style three level condo with all tile floors is less than a block away from shopping and the beach. Lower level has two bedrooms, a sitting room with queen size futon, full bathroom, and an extra shower in the master bedroom. Second level offers a full kitchen and living area with a queen sleeper sofa and half bath. Enjoy a romantic dinner over-looking ocean views from the balcony off the living/dining area. Third level is a large roof top deck with breath taking harbor and ocean views. The gas fireplace offers a cozy atmosphere in the cooler seasons. 1,129 square feet of indoor living space.
This property rents on a nightly basis during the non-summer seasons (2 night minimum, holidays and selected dates excepted) and on a weekly basis (Saturday to Saturday) in summer (mid-June through Labor Day). Rates subject to change and may vary by week. Rates do not include one-time cleaning and linen fee, 12% City of Avalon occupancy tax, and processing fees.

I've been visiting the island my entire life and have stayed in hotels, houses and condos. This is my favorite rental and my fourth summer having rented this unit. The location is perfect and the view is to die for. We would sit on the spacious patio Bbqing or tanning on the rooftop deck all day without leaving and still feel like we have been in the middle of town all day. My favorite part of the view is being able to read the boat names from the balcony. The rental is stocked with the bare kitchen essentials but there are plenty of utensils provided. There are a couple beach chairs in the cubby under the stairs plus an extra shower in the master bedroom, which is a great convenience when sharing with a teenager. Might I add great water pressure! And I also get to pack light thanks to the in unit washer/dryer. I love this place and will be staying here again...I can guarantee you that!

Great place to stay for a couple or a small family. The second bedroom is not a room but partition doors put up in the living room. We were not pleased about it as we booked it for two couples. It would work great for kids. We were as close to the beach as possible without being in the main street. It is a very clean place and you will not find a roof top deck to entertain on like this! We will stay at this rental again.

We had a great time at our vacation rental. The house was perfect for our needs, it had an amazing view and we were in-and-out at the office during check in and check out. If we come back we will definitely use this service again. Good job Catalina Island Vacation Rentals.

i rented this condo for my daughter & her family. this condo fit their family perfectly. roomy & well stocked, also with views & a great location. only drawback is that a golf cart cannot be parked near the condo during the day to load and unload luggage & groceries. fortunately, we had a couple of strong guys to help. thank you for accommodating them!
