This rustic "beach house" with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths is located about a half block from the beach! Side bedroom located off front entry has 4 singles (2 sets of bunks), the 2nd walk through bedroom has a double bed and the 3rd back bedroom has a queen bed. It offers an open style living room and dining area with a 26-inch flat panel TV. The 2nd bathroom is located outside, at the back of the house. This property is the most spacious part of a triplex and is located in the front on the ground level. No smoking, please.
This property rents on a nightly basis during the non-summer seasons (2 night minimum, holidays and selected dates excepted) and on a weekly basis (Sunday to Sunday) in summer (mid-June through Labor Day). Rates vary by week and are subject to change. Rates do not include one-time cleaning and linen fee, 12% City of Avalon occupancy tax, and processing fees.

Thank you for the lovely stay in your home. The Girl Scouts had a lot of fun and enjoyed their time together. We were very please when the maintenance staff addressed our call right away and came out to put in a new light bulb when one went out in the bathroom. Thank you!

The home was very clean and comfortable. There was enough places for everyone to sit and relax. We loved how old school it was. The location couldn't have gotten any better. We were right next to Pinic Fry and the beach. We will be back next year to that same place. Love it. Two thumbs up.

We had a nice stay here and would come back. The one critique I would offer is that the bathtub had a black rubber hose zip-tied to the spigot, effectively making bathing kind of like washing a car. It seems like a couple hundred bucks and a handyman could install a shower-head. The house is "rustic," but if they did this work, I'd give it five stars because it was otherwise the right place,the right price, and just what we needed.

it was our first time in Catalina!! the house was smaller than expected but we had a wonderful time! the house was close to all the shops and it was walking distance from the ferry stop as well! We loved being able to walk back to the house whenever we wanted and not having to worry about taking a cab. I even forgot my keys and they were mailed back to San Diego Ca very quickly! I would definately stay there again~
