This unit is part of a triplex and is located upstairs in the back of the triplex. It is a s tudio with a king size bed and one bath with a shower only. It offers a small kitchen with minimal equipment. It has a 20-inch flat panel TV and small front porch that faces Claressa Avenue. You are only a half block to the beach and downtown. No smoking, please.
This property rents on a nightly basis during the non-summer seasons (2 night minimum, holidays and selected dates excepted) and on a weekly basis (Sunday to Sunday) in summer (mid-June through Labor Day). Rates vary by week and are subject to change. Rates do not include one-time cleaning and linen fee, 12% City of Avalon occupancy tax, and processing fees.

If you're looking for something rustic and off the regular path (not a hotel)this is the perfect place for you. The location couldn't get any better...right downtown in the heart of Catalina. Walk to all of best dining, bars, and hidden treasures. Check out this little gem!

We were very happy with our stay! From the phone call to book to the time we checked out, it was perfect! It was so much better than a hotel! We loved it, and we will for sure be back! :) The location was great! Perfect and close to everything. Loved the fact we had all the windows and front door and balcony- it was so bright and cheery. Thank you! :)

We loved this little studio. It was perfect as we didn't spend too much time in the room and for sleeping, showering and just resting it was great! There is a little patio that seats two for morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. There is a coffee pot, microwave, blender and small fridge. There isn't a place to cook meals but for what we needed it was just right, and priced very well! It is upstairs with a view of the mountain.
