Renting through Civr was great - they were very accommodating. The house's location and view were spectacular - just as advertised. The home was pretty much what we were looking for - more a home than a rental (though bathrooms/kitchen were a bit outdated). Very roomy. What we didn't understand is that the downstairs bed/bath were completely separate - you had to use outside steps to get to it. It worked OK for us (grandparents stayed downstairs), but if I were looking for the 3rd BR for kids, that wouldn't have worked. The master bath upstairs/toilet part should have its door put back in so it opens to the hall - would be more convenient than having to go through a BR to get to any bathroom. There were some lights out (over stove, hallway, kitchen) & directions to using the oven would have been helpful! Overall, I'd give it 5 if the kitchen/baths were updated, and can't give it a 4.5 stars, so that's why not a perfect score. Though that view - outstanding - we stared at it all day!! We'd rent it again!
