You'll walk in, look at the view and go WOW! This charming, spacious (2400 SF) 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath home is a wonderful combination of classic Catalina charm and incredible ocean views. Located above the Tuna Club at the corner of Crescent and Maiden Lane, you're close to everything you need...including the ocean. New carpet, paint, and appliances in 2012 and new living room furniture in 2013. The master bedroom with king bed and bath and the 2nd bedroom with twin beds and half bath are on the upper/living level. The 2nd master suite with king bed and bath are on the lower level and has its own private entry. There are two 42-inch flat panel TVs with Blu Ray DVD players, as well as WIFI, but who needs technology when you should just kick back and enjoy the view!

This vacation home rents on a nightly basis (2 night minimum, holidays and selected dates excepted; 3 night minimum mid-June through Labor Day). Rates vary by week and are subject to change. Rates do not include one-time cleaning and linen fee, 12% City of Avalon occupancy tax, and processing fees.

    We loved staying in this house. It's in a great location, has very spacious bedrooms and living room. Excellent for family gatherings. The view of Avalon Bay is amazing. The outside bedroom (downstairs) didn't bother us, but I do agree that the mirror/door blocking the entrance to the upstairs bathroom should be removed so that you don't have to walk through the bedroom to use the restroom. Other than that, the house is a great stay!

    Just got back from staying in this home. The home is far enough away from town to make it nice and quiet at night. The view is fantastic and the roominess of the living room area made it very comfortable. What I don't understand is why the owners won't do what most of the commenters are asking and remove the mirror in the hall so that the bathroom can be accessed from the hall and not only through the bedroom. The amount of money this place is for the night should warrant a bathroom re-do or reconfiguration. There is only one shower upstairs so be warned. The other powder room off the other bedroom is smaller than an airplane bathroom...I'm seriously not exaggerating. I had to straddle the toilet to shut the bathroom door. There also needs to be access to the downstairs bedroom. The view is worth the hassle but the owners either need to be very clear about the bathroom situation or lower the nightly price.

    This was our family's 2nd time and not being able to go directly to the bathroom is very frustrating for those sleeping in the living room. Also the carpet seemed very dirty. We love the view and location
