This beautifully decorated and well cared for home (upper level of duplex) is great for families or couples. Walk up steps outside to enter this second level home. There are three bedrooms and two 3/4 baths (showers only). You will find a spacious deck out front off the living room. It's just a short walk to the beach, shopping and activities. This home may allow a small dog (less than 40 pounds); please get details from our reservation specialists. Families or couples only, please.
This property rents on a nightly basis during the non-summer seasons (2 night minimum, holidays and selected dates excepted) and on a weekly basis (Saturday to Saturday) in summer (mid-June through Labor Day). Rates vary by week and are subject to change. Rates do not include one-time cleaning and linen fee, 12% City of Avalon occupancy tax, and processing fees.

We have been renting this house (both the upper and lower units) for the same weekend for several years. The staff are fantastic and make it all easy. They are personable and we love dealing with them. The house itself is great and works for our group of 10-14 women that are sisters for life. My Husband and I along with a few friends stay in avalon every year during the Ciwf Charity Wine Tasting. We have stayed in this house before and it is always great. plenty space for everyone. Your listing above states one bath, there are actually two. The spacious deck allowed us to have some friends over and enjoy the evening.

love the location of this propery. Also having the golf cart was very nice for a change. The house is clean and the fact there is no carpet with tile throughout is nice for cleaning purposes. A couple things that could make it better would be 1. house didn't have broom mop or vacuum. 2. bed in master bedroom is broken (kind of makes it alittle uncomfortable 3. master bed sheets don't stay on bed , maybe need to replace with new ones . But besides those small things it is a great house and our trip was great, one of the better houses we have rented so far !

It was awesome, very clean, everything work well. The service was exceptional. Except for getting the wrong address, but it was on the same street, instead of being 411 it was written 477. I did not look at my paper work, only what was on the envelope I was given at check in. I called and he gave me the right # and we were standing right in front of it! We were able to check in quite early!! The all female guest down stairs were quite happy & loud. Like we once were at that age!! We would stay there again but I would ask if any one is renting down stairs. I like to sleep thru the night now!
