Lots of TLC is given to this charming two bedroom, one bath located on the bottom level of this Victorian triplex - a perfect vacation rental for a couple or small family. Enjoy the partial ocean views from the front porch, which is great for lounging around or barbecuing. Accommodations include a queen bed in the master bedroom, single size bunk beds in second bedroom, as well as a single day bed in the family room. It also has a 32-inch flat panel TV with satellite, DVD player, VCR and fully equipped kitchen. This property is located approximately 2 1/2 blocks from the beach and downtown. No smoking, please.
This property rents on a nightly basis during the non-summer seasons (2 night minimum, holidays and selected dates excepted) and on a weekly basis (Sunday to Sunday) in summer (mid-June through Labor Day). Rates vary by week and are subject to change. Rates do not include one-time cleaning and linen fee, 12% City of Avalon occupancy tax, and processing fees.

First all if I had known how steep the hill was to the apartment I would not have rented and paid for a apartment on the lower level. It should be stated in the description of the apartment that there was a steep climb to it. Also there was some problems w/ the stove and 2 burners were not working initially and we had a gas leak late in the evening which cause some concern. Also there was a note about supplying toilet paper which I feel should have been provided by your agency. Also the bed in the living was not made and it would have been nice if it was. Since I couldn't find the sheet initially and had to sleep on top of it the first night.

We had a wonderful get away in avalon and enjoyed the low key amenities offered by this rental. My sister and I took her 2 grandsons to avalon to re-live our adventures with them. This unit was perfect for our needs. We had comfortable beds, a kitchen for meals, and a balcony/patio to enjoy the view. It was a convenient walk to everything we wanted to do on our stay. Checking in and out was a snap. The paperwork prior to arrival was seamless. I would do this anytime in the future.
