Charming two bedroom, one bath street level of a duplex, decorated with a tropical theme. Master bedroom has a queen size bed, second bedroom has continental bunk beds (single on top/double bottom), and living room has a queen hide-a-bed. Nice, open floorplan. Color TV, VCR/DVD, cable, stereo, video library, wireless internet, fully equipped kitchen and washer/dryer. Only about a block to the beach and shopping. No smoking, please.
This property rents on a nightly basis during the non-summer seasons (2 night minimum, holidays and selected dates excepted) and on a weekly basis (Sunday to Sunday) in summer (mid-June through Labor Day). Rates vary by week and are subject to change. Rates do not include one-time cleaning and linen fee, 12% City of Avalon occupancy tax, and processing fees.

Just a short walk from the beach and shops. The house was clean, tastefully decorated and very comfortable. Civr treated us world class! They went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable.

We stayed at 222 Catalina. The location was perfect for our needs. We were centrally located. The rental is in good shape. Decorated nicely. We will come back again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The Civr staff was very friendly and made check in a breeze. The rental is very close to everything. Loved having the grocery store so close and on level ground(no stairs or steep incline ). Loved having the the Dutch door open to talk with people passing by. Only complaint is the sofa bed mattress really needs replacing, other than that the place was perfect for us. (Five senior ladies out to have a good time)

A great weekend for my sister, Neice and myself. Great little house, very clean, well maintained centally located for everything! Easy walking to all events, resturants and shopping areas. We will make it an annual event!
