Love that it is close to all of the action and very clean however the sofa bed in the living room is very uncomfortable. It dips where it shouldn't and needs a new mattress. Wish the owners would buy some padding for it, other than that everything was good. Will be glad when the water shortage is over. Pray for lots of rain!!
