This property rents on a nightly basis during the non-summer seasons (2 night minimum, holidays and selected dates excepted) and on a weekly basis (Sunday to Sunday) in summer (mid-June through Labor Day). Rates vary by week and are subject to change. Rates do not include one-time cleaning and linen fee, 12% City of Avalon occupancy tax, and processing fees.

Stayed for a MTB event with 6 buddies. Everyone was comfortable. The air mattress leaks but the couch turned out to be very comfortable. Packing 8 people in would be very tight. 6 was the perfect amount. Avalon is not a big city but the house is only a couple blocks from grocery, nightlife, and great restaurants. I highly recommend this house and will seek it out again. Turned out a friend stayed here the year prior without me knowing when I booked and they liked it too. Has an outdoor shower great for washing scuba and beach equipment.

Great place to stay if you have 6 or more people. Great location, walking distance to everything! Very clean and nice. Would definitely stay there again. The people at Catalina Island Vacation Rentals were very nice.
