This is a beautifully decorated, new town home in the heart of Avalon and just a short walk to the beach. With two master bedroom suites upstairs, it's perfect for two couples or a family. The first master suite faces the ocean and has sliding doors to a small, step-out private balcony; the 3/4 bath has a large adjoining walk-in closet. The second master suite offers a full bath, his and her walk-in closets, and a small, step-out private balcony. The washer/dryer are conveniently located between the two bedrooms. There is spacious living space downstairs, with a queen sofa sleeper, half bath, dining area and fully equipped kitchen-granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and more. Living room, staircase and upstairs are carpeted, while the kitchen, dining area and bathrooms are tiled. This lovely property also has three TV's for your viewing enjoyment.
This property rents on a nightly basis during the non-summer seasons (2 night minimum, holidays and selected dates excepted) and on a weekly basis (Saturday to Saturday) in summer (mid-June through Labor Day). Rates vary by week and are subject to change. Rates do not include one-time cleaning and linen fee, 12% City of Avalon occupancy tax, and processing fees.

No negative aspects anywhere. It was clean and well appointed. A bit of an uphill hike that would be a small problem for some one will mobility issues. We had to change reservations from a different property at the last minute and Civr was great about it. No hassle and refunded the difference in price without my even asking about it.

We were 2 couples going to Catalina for the Jazz Festival. We arrived Thursday afternoon and were pleasantly surprised at how nice the condo was. Plenty of room for 4 adults, clean, great views and close to downtown avalon. However, very quiet neighborhood, so sitting on the balcony in the mornings for coffee and evenings with a glass of wine was peaceful and enjoyable. We would definitely stay there again.

My favorite rental to stay in avalon. Beautiful home, updated and fabulous! Superb service from Chay in the rental office! Unit does need a bit of heavy cleaning. Carpets, bed linens are looking worn but still the best place in Catalina.

I rented two townhouses next door to one another for my party of 12. The houses were very modern, clean, nice and well equipped for a weekend stay or more. Very spacious living areas and an awesome view of the waterfront when you wake up in the morning. I would come back and stay here again.

This unit has a nice view of avalon harbor from the master suite. The unit was clean and located in a quiet area. The master bedding could be upgraded. The kitchen cabinets are nice granite throughout but is poorly outfitted and the living room furniture is worn. The carpet needs replacing its stained and loose in areas. The Master bathroom is nice and the shower in huge no bath tub. The queen suite is very nice although the dresser had a broken drawer.

We barely left the unit! The view, the breeze and the lovely accommodations were perfect. Will definitely come back again!

Excellent Floor Plan Wide open kitchen Beautiful master bedrooms/bathrooms upstairs Nice view from main master bedroom of ocean. Quite a steep uphill walk off of main street. 2 flights of stairs leading to front door.
