Tiled throughout, skylights to bring in more light and warmth, fully equipped kitchen, exceptionally well cared for and clean. In addition to the living room TV, there is a 40-inch flat screen TV in the bedroom. A small side yard is also available. No smoking, please.
This property rents on a nightly basis during the non-summer seasons (2 night minimum, holidays and selected dates excepted) and on a weekly basis (Sunday to Sunday) in summer (mid-June through Labor Day). Rates vary by week and are subject to change. Rates do not include one-time cleaning and linen fee, 12% City of Avalon occupancy tax, and processing fees.

Clean. Very complete and useful kitchen is perfect to avoid sitting in high end restaurants when you have small children. Also, close to everything but off the street (secluded just enough) to avoid traffic noise at night!

The home was spotless clean. A little crampt as far as living space & bathroom, I'm over 6', but the courtyard & outdoor space was spectacular. Highly recommend for couple.
