This is a spacious, comfortably decorated two-level condo with small balconies off the master bedroom and the second bedroom. The kitchen is fully stocked and ready for some yummy meal preparations for your family. There is also a convenient pass-through window from the kitchen to the dining area. Of course, you may want to enjoy your meals outside in the large enclosed patio in the rear, which is accessed through the sliding glass door in the living room. Only 14 steps up the open staircase to all the bedrooms and one 3/4 bath; the second 3/4 bath is downstairs. Whether arriving in a taxi or walking, this condo is easy to find...when you get to the Catholic Church, turn right and it's the third condo on the left. A total of 1436 sq. feet.

This property rents on a nightly basis during the non-summer seasons (2 night minimum, holidays and selected dates excepted) and on a weekly basis (Saturday to Saturday) in summer (mid-June through Labor Day). Rates subject to change and may vary by week. Rates do not include one-time cleaning and linen fee, 12% City of Avalon occupancy tax, and processing fees.

This is a nice unit and it accommodated my family fine. I would try to get a more updated condo next time. Since we had 3 families together, it would have been great if we had another bath. For last minute, we were glad to get this one! Thank you Catalina Vacation Rentals.

3 Canyon Terrace was a wonderful surprise - the condo is clean and well supplied, conveniently located and very comfortable. My party and I all had a marvelous time, and the comfort and convenience of 3 Canyon Terrace played an integral part of our enjoyment. The staff at Catalina Island Vacation Rentals was friendly and helpful and the whole process was easy from start to finish. Actually, I'm not sure I really want to tell you all this, because I would like to keep 3 Canyon Terrace my little secret, for the next time we visit avalon.
