This newly remodeled vacation home is the entire upper level of a triplex located two blocks from shopping, activities and more. It offers a very spacious open floor plan with lots of natural light. From the front door, you enter the living room space where you will find the sofa sleeper, 46-inch flat panel TV and Blu-Ray DVD player. Just beyond the living room space is the dining table, which will comfortably seat six. From there you move into the kitchen, which has three counter seats (so you can keep the cook company!), as well as all new stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and tile floor - all new and very well-supplied. Beyond the kitchen is the laundry room, where there is an exit door to the back stairs down to street level. Just outside that back door is the BBQ grill. The master bedroom suite has a Cal king bed, 32-inch flat panel TV, iHome and 3/4 bath. The second bedroom has twin beds, a 32-inch flat panel TV and iHome. In the hall between the bedrooms is a full bath with tub and shower, all granite and natural stone. Ceiling fans in three rooms. You will truly enjoy staying in this well-appointed and comfortable vacation home. Only 16 steps up to the vacation home.
This property rents on a nightly basis during the non-summer seasons (2 night minimum, holidays and selected dates excepted) and on a weekly basis (Sunday to Sunday) in summer (mid-June through Labor Day). Rates vary by week and are subject to change. Rates do not include one-time cleaning and linen fee, 12% City of Avalon occupancy tax, and processing fees.

Lovely rental! Top of the line furnishings and super clean. Only complaint would be the noise because it is on a corner. Hot week, so we kept the windows open and the noise was incredible! However, because it is so nicely furnished and clean we booked our week again for next year!

Great location, close to everything, nice remodel, very well appointed with towels, Pottery Barn dishes, comfortable furniture but we could not relax due to the constant road noise. It is on the corner of a very busy intersection. We just happened to be on the island during a warm week in the summer and we had to have the windows open at all times or we would suffocate inside. We could not hear each other sitting next to each other on the sofa. The street sweeper (2 times a week) and the trash truck were also early morning wake up calls. A small air conditioner would make this place a much nicer condo to rent. I have stayed at several places on the island and this was by far one of the nicer appointed places but seriously the noise level will it unbearable to rent again. Side note - Steep stairs going up to the condo would make it difficult for people with mobility issues. The wall of windows in the condo are not child safe. They are floor to ceiling and would pose a risk for small children.

We were very pleased with this rental. It was clean and well apportioned. Having just been remodeled it still smelled brand new. The furniture and carpet were exceptional. The location was great, with a very short walk to town...Maybe three minutes. We will definitely try to reserve this on our next visit.

Great location, nice job on their renovation. Living-room noisy with all of the golf carts but master bedroom was quiet. Nice kitchen, furnishings. Would rent again. We go every other year and have stayed with a group at Bahia Vista, not enough condos over the 4th so selected this unit. Good find!

This accommodation on Catalina Island was Exceptional, convenient to restaurants and beach activities.After a full day at Descanso Beach for Kayaking or Lovers Cove/great snorkling we would come 'home' to a great meal, prepared in our beautiful gourmet kitchen. We cozy'd up on the comfy sofa, to watch a movie on the large flat screen...Truly the Good Life! We always had fresh beach towels for the next day, due to the convenience of the new washer/dryer in the unit itself. Our rental, 300 Catalina upper, was so comfortable & accommodating for our family and friends, who rented nearby, to get together for home-cooked dinners. We had amazing great times,and we'll do it again next year! Thank You, The Cooks
