This is a two bedroom, one bath cottage located only about 2 1/4 blocks to the beach and downtown, an easy five minute walk. The first bedroom has a queen, the second bedroom has a double and the front porch room has 2 singles. It offers a color TV and DVD player, as well as a well equipped kitchen. No smoking, please.


This property rents on a weekly basis (Sunday to Sunday) from the beginning of July through the beginning of September only. Rates vary by week and are subject to change. Rates do not include one-time cleaning and linen fee, 12% City of Avalon occupancy tax, and processing fees.
