This vacation home is the top half of a duplex that we rent from the end of June to the end of August only. It is a very well cared for 4 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath home located approximately 2 1/2 blocks from the green Pleasure Pier and downtown Avalon. Two of the bedrooms each have a queen bed, and the other two bedrooms each have a set of bunk beds. If needed, the living room has a queen sofa sleeper. In addition to the full bath, there is also a half bath located beyond the kitchen. In addition to a fully equipped kitchen, this home offers a 37-inch flat panel TV in the living room and wireless internet. No smoking, please.
We rent this home on a weekly basis (Sunday to Sunday) from the end of June to the end of August only. Rates are subject to change. Rates do not include one-time cleaning and linen fee, 12% City of Avalon occupancy tax, and processing fees.

We really enjoyed the wonderful charm of this home. There was plenty of room for everyone. We enjoyed a nice Spaghetti dinner at the large dining table along with playing plenty of games. Everything was within walking distance and the location was perfect. We loved how we could open the windows and sleep with the ocean breeze coming through. We would absolutely stay here again and again with our family. Christine, Chuck and Family
