This vacation home, with lots of windows, is the light and airy upper level of a triplex. It offers ocean and hill views from the front deck and the great room space, which includes the kitchen, dining table and living area. It's just two and a half blocks from the beach up a short hill. The front deck at the top of the stairs has outdoor dining furniture and a gas BBQ grill for preparing your favorite foods. A total of 900 SF.
This property rents on a nightly basis during the non-summer seasons (2 night minimum, holidays and selected dates excepted) and on a weekly basis (Sunday to Sunday) in summer (mid-June through Labor Day). Rates vary by week and are subject to change. Rates do not include one-time cleaning and linen fee, 12% City of Avalon occupancy tax, and processing fees.

We were visiting for a family event the house was well equip items with everything you could imagine. We were able to have everyone meet and have a cocktail due to the nature of the gathering this was greatly appreciated. Only down side is it is not handicap accessible. Have some strength to pull luggage up the steps but we hope to stay here again awesome view!

Nicely positioned unit close to town, yet not too congested. The view was nearly 360 degrees of Catalina beauty. The main areas (kitchen, dining and livingroom) were well lit with sunny light all day! The neighbors, however, were extremely noisy beginning, each day of my stay, at 6:30 am and went until the sun set with children screaming and loud-voiced adults talking as if they were 3 building away from each other and without respect or consideration. The unit itself was clean and pretty well set with accessories for cooking, etc. The reservation system was very easy.

The Civr staff are awesome. The house was awesome. The neighborhood is too noisy. Lots of loud non english music, fighting families days and late nights. Our family had an awesome time on Catalina Island. But for the money I think the house could have been in a better neighborhood.

I have never seen such spectacular views from a house in avalon before! The house's floor plan was perfect for our needs. We had fun watching the 4th of July Fireworks from the big patio. This house is absolutely lovely and we really enjoyed our stay!!

Checking into and out of the home was very easy and convenient. The location was hard to beat, especially for the price. The home was clean upon check-in and looks to have been recently painted. The appliances were in working order and had everything we needed.
