Has a small front porch with street-side seating, and a small, sunny, and private backyard. Washer and dryer included. This property rents on a nightly basis during the non-summer seasons (2 night minimum, holidays and selected dates excepted) and on a weekly basis (Sunday to Sunday) in summer (mid-June through Labor Day). Rates vary by week and are subject to change. Rates do not include one-time cleaning and linen fee, 12% City of Avalon occupancy tax, and processing fees.

Home was very neat and clean. The large sofa and beds were comfortable. Had a generous supply of Dvds. The kitchen was well organized. The Dutch door allowed cool air to come in. We enjoyed the little outdoor seating area in front of the cottage.

Cute little house with a funky layout. Way better than a hotel, because we could barbecue. Civr even mailed us back the camelback water pack one of my sons left in the freezer
