Vacation Rental Summary
Nothing fancy, but place was comfortable and clean. Furniture was a little on the old side. It is a 5 minute walk to the beach...close to everything but set back in a corner close to hillside where it is very quite. We spent all day out exploring and enjoying the island so mostly just needed a place to get cleaned up and to sleep so this place was perfect for that. If you are looking for quaint or luxurious try somewhere else.
Catalina Island is a truly magical place we have been going to since we were kids, and this time was the best yet. Staying at the condo was a new experience, and we found it far more enjoyable than staying at a hotel. It is very comfortable and is in a lovely location close to town, yet where deer come to visit every night. We found the condo roomy by Catalina standards and very well appointed, with lots of dishes, a large refrigerator, dishwasher, washer & dryer, comfy beds, wifi, TV and two nice bathrooms. If we had to provide a complaint, it would be that the 3 p.m. check in is too late, and the 10 a.m. check out is too early. You should know the management company does not provide a place to leave all your stuff until time to check in or get on the boat to go home. We had a wonderful vacation and wish you the same.
