We thoroughly enjoyed the 5 star accomadations we had at 320 Claressa on Catalina Island. The unit exceeded our expectations as it had everything we needed and more.

We stayed here for a weekend and it was fantastic - close to all the restaurants and shops, and the house itself was beautiful and perfect for what we needed. It came with all amenities, was clean, and spacious. I would definitely rent it again!

We had the most wonderful experience on our trip to Catalina! There were six adults mid 60's and it all started when we opened the door to 320 Claressa, it felt like we were home immediately, we could not have asked for better accomodiations, the home smelled so good, it was sparkling clean, warm, cozy and within walking distance to everything, we actually would have liked to make it our home forever! Our whole experience with the rental company was wonderful, very professional, efficient and a pleasure to work with. We had a great time and are planning a return trip, of course we will look forward to returning to our adopted home at 320 Claressa!

We were pleased with our little cottage and had one family member (age 91) that used the downstairs bedroom and other went upstairs for the other two and a sofa bed for our teen.

This house was just what we were looking for: spacious, modern, super-comfortable beds, nice bathrooms, big kitchen and minutes from the main street in Catalina. It even came with 3 friendly cats who made it feel even more like home. The staff at Civr were super friendly and responsive and even offered our third night at half price. There's nothing quite like Catalina and this rental unit made the 3 days even more special. We were there during a heat wave so the unit was kind of warm but the ceiling fans and open windows helped cool everything down.

We were in Catalina last week. Catalina Vacation Rentals placed us in this absolutely beautiful home at 320 Claressa. It was clean with plenty of room, perfectly located in avalon. Thank you Catalina Vacation Rentals you will definitely be hearing from when we return to the island.

We arrived to a clean, and spacious home, where we enjoyed making breakfast in the large modern kitchen, sipped wine on the deck with a view, and slept soundly in the comfortable beds. Loved the Master bath and the piano was a nice touch for my 4 year old son! We were able to access the main street in town easily but not be bothered by the nightlife energy when we were ready to got to sleep. Would return and recommend to others.

My sister and I celebrated our birthdays and had 4 other family and friends. The house was perfect and everyone was impressed at how nice and updated the home was. We cooked in the kitchen and were very pleased to find everything we needed to make the meals. Even though we didn't have a golf cart, we were pleasantly surprised at how convenient the location of the house was to town. We walked everywhere! The staff at Civr was very helpful and we all said that we would be back again, and most likely stay in the same place. It was perfect!

We absolutely loved our stay at this location. Not only was the house clean and homy it was just beautiful and comfortable. There was more than enough space for us and every amenity was provided. I would absolutely stay there again!
