This 2 bedroom/2 bathroom cottage can sleep 6 people (maximum allowed by City regulations). The bedrooms are tandem (you walk through one room to get to the other). It does have a private rear entrance to the master bedroom. The two bathrooms are 3/4 (showers only). It offers a fully equipped kitchen, color TV and DVD player, stereo, and a stacked washer and dryer.No smoking and no pets, please.
This property rents on a nightly basis during the non-summer seasons (2 night minimum, holidays and selected dates excepted) and on a weekly basis (Sunday to Sunday) in summer (mid-June through Labor Day). Rates vary by week and are subject to change. Rates do not include one-time cleaning and linen fee, 12% City of Avalon occupancy tax, and processing fees.
