This charming, cozy beach cottage has 2 bedrooms, 1.75 bath and sleeps 6 (maximum allowed by City regulations). Bedrooms have full size (XL) beds with a full size sofa sleeper and futon in the living room. There's a 26-inch flat panel TV and DVD player, an iHome for listening to your iPod player, and a fully equipped kitchen for your enjoyment. There is also a washer and dryer. This unit is clean, comfortable and has an inviting front porch where you can sit and watch the world go by.No smoking, please.
This property rents on a nightly basis during the non-summer seasons (2 night minimum, holidays and selected dates excepted) and on a weekly basis (Sunday to Sunday) in summer (mid-June through Labor Day). Rates vary by week and are subject to change. Rates do not include one-time cleaning and linen fee, 12% City of Avalon occupancy tax, and processing fees.

We had a fabulous time staying in this darling little house. We filled it up with 3 generations and had a blast. It had everything we needed:) I have been going to Catalina for 60 years, and really love these older homes that are so special to the Island.
