This charming two bedroom, two bath (showers only, no tub) cottage, which sleeps 6 people (maximum allowed by City regulations), is a classic Catalina cottage with tandem bedrooms. You walk through the front bedroom with a double bed to get to the back bedroom with a queen bed. You will find a double futon in the living room, as well as a color TV and DVD player. This cottage offers a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer and a window air conditioner for those warm summer evenings. There is a small patio table with two chairs on the side of the house for relaxing. It's only about 2 1/2 blocks to the beach, shopping and more.No smoking, please.
This property rents on a nightly basis during the non-summer seasons (2 night minimum, holidays and selected dates excepted) and on a weekly basis in summer (mid-June through Labor Day). Rates vary by week and are subject to change. Rates do not include one-time cleaning and linen fee, 12% City of Avalon occupancy tax, and processing fees.
