This lovely, well appointed two story home which sleeps 4 occupants, has a half bath downstairs and full bathroom upstairs. Both bedrooms are upstairs featuring a Cal King bed in the master and twin beds in the second bedroom. The second level also offers a spacious deck with patio furniture. The main level has a comfortable living room and dining room, as well as a counter top corner bar, with 4 bar stools separating the kitchen from dining room. This home also offers wireless internet access.


This property only rents June through October. It rents on a nightly basis in September and October (2 night minimum, holidays and selected dates excepted) and on a weekly basis (Sunday to Sunday) in summer (mid-June through Labor Day). Rates vary by week and are subject to change. Rates do not include one-time cleaning and linen fee, 12% City of Avalon occupancy tax, and processing fees.

    Great location and Clean place

    This was a good rental. Not the cheapest in town but a high quality spot in a great location. It is really to get to just about everything from here. The kitchen was pretty well stock with utensils etc. They had a collection of movies and books buit we spent our time outside.
