Civr is a professional, friendly, and thoughtful management company. They were a pleasure to work with as usual and took the time to help me out on a holiday when the Sheriff returned some lost property to Civr. 326 Eucalyptus is a cute 2 bedroom beach cottage with a nicely equipped kitchen. The front room has lots of windows and gets lots of afternoon sun. It can get a bit warm in the summer, but there are plenty of portable fans in the unit. There was plenty of storage space to unpack for the week and one full bath with an adorable tub just right for the kids and separate shower stall. Having the extra 1/2 bath was a big bonus. I would not recommend this property to people with limited mobility as the floors are a bit sloping and uneven (didn't bother me though - all the furniture is leveled). This is a walk-through floor plan, so you have to walk through the first bedroom to get to the second bedroom and 2nd bath. Since the first bath is off the kitchen, it worked well for us to put the kids in the back bedroom. Eucalyptus is a great street, closed to traffic so the kids could play out front and walk to neighboring properties. The street is also a perfect walking distance from the beach, shopping, Vons grocery, and restaurants. We had a fabulous vacation this year and plan to rent the same cottage next year.
