The cottage has a large, open living room and dining area, plus a wide front hallway with sideboard. There is a cheery kitchen and a back hallway with laundry. There are 2 baths w/showers and 2 bedrooms - one large bedroom with a queen bed and one smaller bedroom with twin beds. There are also 2 single aerobeds. The cottage sleeps up to 6 individuals. FREE wireless internet. No smoking in home. A total of 915 sq. ft.
This property rents on a nightly basis during the non-summer seasons (2 night minimum, holidays and selected dates excepted) and on a weekly basis (Sunday to Sunday) in summer (mid-June through Labor Day). Rates vary by week and are subject to change. Rates do not include one-time cleaning and linen fee, 12% City of Avalon occupancy tax, and processing fees.

Vacation Rental Summary
Another wonderful week in July in avalon.. Great house, great location and perfect weather this year. Wouldn't have changed anything. Looking forward to returning in 2013.
We were pleasantly surprised by the size of the cottage, we were expecting something a lot smaller. Happy to see it was very clean. Loved the front porch - took some cute family photo's on it. It was close to the Vons grocery store (one street over), nice little walk to the beach - I'd recommend a cab ride (or golf cart rental) to and from the boat if you over packed like we did. We all agreed, we'd like to rent this one again next year.
We had three units for a large group of friends over a holiday weekend. This unit at 334 Sumner was the favorite for its nice porch, spacious living room and great kitchen. We cooked meals together in the kitchen and on the BBQ. There was plenty of room for 14 of us (including some staying in units next door) to gather inside and out. Most importantly, the central location was perfect for getting to the beach, main street and golf course. Note that the master bedroom was very spacious, while the second bedroom was very small. This unit seemed like a good fit for families, but worked well for our large group of couples, too.
