This is a colorful and cozy one bedroom, one bath beach cottage located approximately 2 1/2 blocks from the beach and downtown Avalon. The bedroom has a double bed and the living room has a queen size bed and a queen futon. There is a round bistro style dining or game table inside, as well as a large dining table on the front porch outside. It also offers a fully equipped kitchen and a charcoal BBQ outside for grilling your favorite foods. There are two year-around rentals in the rear of property. No smoking, please.
This property rents on a nightly basis during the non-summer seasons (2 night minimum, holidays and selected dates excepted) and on a weekly basis (Sunday to Sunday) in summer (mid-June through Labor Day). Rates vary by week and are subject to change. Rates do not include one-time cleaning and linen fee, 12% City of Avalon occupancy tax, and processing fees.

The cottage was quaint and it was exactly the way it was described to us. It was very comfortable for my husband,daughter,& I. There were some electrical outlets that did not work and a few bulbs were missing from the ceiling fan / light. The remote control to the TV in the bedroom was missing. These were the only negatives. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. We had enough towels for the week and enough paper products to last the entire week.The beds were very comfortable In general,the decor could be updated. The price was very reasonable for this island paradise! I would recommend this rental to any family.

We recieved great service. Me and my husband were able to check in a little early with no problem. We liked that the kitchen was fully stocked with dishes. The restroom was stocked with plenty of towles. We will rent this houde again.

100% satisfied with the rental, the kitchen was fully equiped and the unit was very clean; in addition the neighboors were very firendly during our stay. we will definitely come back to and rent again

The house was equiped with all that was needed but I feel maybe it's time the house gets redone. Its a little older and the lights would go on and off through out the day and night... some outlets didnt work... The coffee table looked as though it was getting ready to fall apart... the front door ( all doors really) was broken and hard to open... all that was just due to it being older im assumimg, but one thing that was a little disterbing was that we found an old used diper in the room. And we didnt bring kids :( With the exception of some remodeling it was in a great location and had all that one needs! Thanx again for havn us.
Thanks for your response I have shared your feedback with our maintenance department to make sure the issues are corrected. As for finding the diaper that is not acceptable to CIVR standards and it has been addressed with our housekeeping staff. Please come see us again.
