    I rented this home for our family labor day weekend! Its location is perfect! Close to the nearby park, boardwalk, and golf. It has no central air, and the room downstairs is very small! And the fans are very old and don't work very well. However it accommodates families pretty good! The fan in the bunk bed room is super close to the top bed very dangerous for kids. I really liked the BBQ for outdoor cooking. I would say overall nice home!

    Lovely home close to the beach, restaurants, grocery stores and many avalon activities. 3 bathrooms were a big plus for a family of 5. Lots of amenities like Washer-Dryer, dishwasher and free wi-fi. Comfortable and spacious. It was a great week!
