This is a cozy, newly remodeled, two level front unit in a triplex. The living area and kitchen are downstairs, with a queen futon, 30-inch flat panel wall mounted TV, all granite counter tops, and a small center island with four counter stools. Walk upstairs to the all tile bathroom and the bedroom, which has french doors that open to a hillside view (this isnot a walk out balcony). Tile floors downstairs, and carpet on the stairs and in the bedroom.
This property rents on a nightly basis during the non-summer seasons (2 night minimum, holidays and selected dates excepted) and on a three night basis in the summer (mid-June through Labor Day). Rates vary by week and are subject to change. Rates do not include one-time cleaning and linen fee, 12% City of Avalon occupancy tax, and processing fees.

This condo suits our needs perfectly - and is easy walking distance to town and the ocean.. Kitchen is great for making simple meals like breakfast and lunch.. Rooms are well appointed and very comfortable. This is our second year - and we'll be back next summer for more fun.

I only wish this unit had a washer/dryer and and more kitchen utensils. Not alot of plates, cups, etc.

I used to be a resedent of Catalina and I try to come back as often as possible. This time my daughter and myself stayed at this cute little place. It was however very noisey with the traffic (golf carts all day and most of the night). Moreover, I understand that it was a holiday week so we took it in stride. The kitchen set-up wasn't that great as far as pots and pans but we made due. We had a great time and I would reccommend this place to a friend.

It was a very modern place. After a few hiccups it was great. Liked the location, close to everything.

We had not been to Catalina in 27 yrs since we don't live in the area. We flew in from ohio to visit with friends. We got very lucky and found this little house at the last minute after getting there and having to move from our original reservation. It was perfect for the two of us, really nice house, comfortable, clean, perfect location. It was a great time and great house. Can't wait to return. Would most definately use this company again.
