This two story home is located on a private street (no vehicle traffic), which makes it a great vacation home for families. Enter through the Dutch door into the living and dining areas, where you will find a 32-inch flat panel TV. The two bedrooms are upstairs, each accessed by separate staircases; there are two daybeds in the living area. The staircase in the living room takes you to the bedroom on the front side of the house. The second staircase is located past the kitchen and takes you up to the back bedroom; one of the 3/4 baths is located across from this bedroom. The second 3/4 bath is located on the main floor. There is a full-time, separate rental unit in the back of this house.
This property rents on a nightly basis during the non-summer seasons (2 night minimum, holidays and selected dates excepted) and on a weekly basis (Sunday to Sunday) in summer (mid-June through Labor Day). Rates vary by week and are subject to change. Rates do not include one-time cleaning and linen fee, 12% City of Avalon occupancy tax, and processing fees.

would love to see the unit with a garbage disposal and washer / dryer or if not then changes of lineens / towels mid week.

Incredible, we loved it and really want to come back. The staff was awesome! Only draw back was after the Island sewage pipe break, the back of our house and back bedroom needed a candle lit constantly due to lingering raw sewage smell.
