This beautifully appointed 3 bedroom condo offers privacy, but is easy walking distance to town. A spacious master suite on the third floor has a king size bed and a full bath. The main living area, on the middle level, has a half bath, laundry area, kitchen with pass through to dining room, and a living room with sliders to a private deck for dining. A spacious patio with BBQ grill is just outside the front door. Two bedrooms that were recently added are on the lower level. One bedroom has a queen size bed and the second has twin beds. The large walk-in shower has custom tile work. There is wireless internet and a complimentary golf cart with this property. A total of 1235 sq. ft.

This property rents on a nightly basis during the non-summer seasons (2 night minimum, holidays and selected dates excepted) and on a weekly basis (Saturday to Saturday) in summer (mid-June through Labor Day). Rates subject to change and may vary by week. Rates do not include one-time cleaning and linen fee, 12% City of Avalon occupancy tax, and processing fees.

We had a special time on Catalina Island, celebrating my dad's 86th birthday. None of us had ever been on the island, even though we were all native Californians, and we really enjoyed our time there. The condo we rented for 3 nights was just perfect for our family. Even though there is no view of the ocean, it's a peaceful, well-taken care of property, that was exactly what we needed. When a big storm rolled down the coast and we were "marooned" for an extra day, the staff at Catalina Island Vacation Rentals took care of us and made us feel welcome to hang out for one more day and enjoy our family time.

We enjoyed our stay here, except one thing needs to be improved. They only had two TV for this to be a three level condos. It would have been very nice if they had a TV in each bedroom. The shower was the bomb ! The kitchen was nice and clean with many utensil to choose from. Only missing was TV in each bedroom. We had to take turns watching TV. We experience spider in the bedrooms down stairs. Okay, other then the two issues It's was a great place to sleep 5 people over a period of 7 days. .

Many of our favorite restaurants are going, going...gone! That was the only let-down. We enjoy 63 Sol Vista with one exception...the open window space to stairwell in master BR affords no privacy and no way to shut out noise from downstairs. Otherwise this unit is comfortable and well laid out. It's nice to have both a deck and patio. Golf cart is in great condition. Thank you Civr for always taking such good care of us. The condo was comfortable, clean, and the kitchen was well-stocked with cooking supplies. The condo doesn't have any kind of view and is a little dated but is well set up for families. (We had a toddler with us.) The pool was undergoing repairs, so we did not get to use it. The golf cart that came with our place had a bad battery. The Civr staff were responsive to our requests to repair it and ended up giving us a loaner cart. The Civr staff were very helpful at check in. Overall, the place was comfortable but rather overpriced. (Note that we were there during a popular, high-season weekend.)

We thoroughly enjoyed the comfort and convenience of our Sol Vista condo. After booking on-line,filling out the easy forms,and our fast boat trip from the mainland to the "Isle of Romance",we were quickly checked in with our rental keys from the friendly office clerk. The weather was perfect and our 50 year memories of "Little Hawaii" were re-kindled!

Long walk to get there but once there and settled into your accompanying golf cart everything was first rate with the house. For golfers the place was great as it is near the course.
