This is one of our best view properties, and it’s just a few steps to the front street of downtown Avalon! This home was completely renovated and updated in 2013. Located right across from Avalon Harbor, this one bedroom home is the upper half of a duplex. It sleeps 4, with a queen bed in the bedroom, as well as 2 sofa sleepers in the living room. The large deck overlooks Avalon Bay and the harbor. The kitchen is well equipped, and the living room offers comfortable seating and a dining table for indoor dining or game nights. There are 36 steps up to this home, and the view is worth every one of them. Come and enjoy the “new” 718 Crescent!
This property rents on a nightly basis during the non-summer seasons (2 night minimum, holidays and selected dates excepted) and on a weekly basis (Sunday to Sunday) in summer (mid-June through Labor Day). Rates vary by week and are subject to change. Rates do not include one-time cleaning and linen fee, 12% City of Avalon occupancy tax, and processing fees.

We had a great time, the view was awesome and the place was clean and had everything you would need in the kitchen. It was recently redone, so it looked amazing. Everyone who lives in avalon is so nice, we had a great experience.. We were there from Thursday to Sunday. We ate in town, but also bought food at the grocery store. There are two in town, one with just the basics and one a couple blocks away with everything.. You definitely want to toor the Casino, they were setting up for a wedding, so cool. Also toor the town itself. Have fun!

What a view! I truly enjoyed my stay, the view is fabulous. Close to everything and the accommodations were perfect. Spent a lot of time on the deck...would highly recommend it. Hope to be back soon.

This house is very small and very dated (1970's) The view on the front porch is awesome, and it's the reason why we rent it.

Great view but below average accomodations. Kitchen needs updating and just some general TLC to make this a much better place to stay. We may stay here again but are looking for something a bit nicer with a view.

The house has amazing views of the harbor. The access is a bit steep and narrow. Amenities are pretty old and dated. A blind fell off while we were there. There was a lot of noise from partiers down below. If you want quiet, then a house farther up one of the streets would be better. A little pricy for the property.

Your renting the patio deck with a Million dollar view. As for the house, you over look it's pit falls for the View. Catalina Vacation Rentals was great as all-ways.

We were only in avalon for 1 night so this was a perfect place to rest our heads. The view is unbeatable but the inside could use some updating. There are 2 sofa beds and one is older than the other and is aweful to sleep on. If your just there to sleep its great!!

Set your expectations for the interior low and you will be pleased with this house. It looks like there was nothing new since 1978. The view is why we booked the place, and it was great. Currently a large construction project right next door that you will hear early and all day!

Excellent location, beautiful panoramic views of the city and bay. The house is no frills, but very clean. I will definitely stay here again!
