This is a two bedroom, two and a half bath, warmly decorated condo located on the pool level. Both bedrooms and two baths are on the second floor, which is accessed by an open staircase. The master bedroom suite has a king bed and bath. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and a twin bed. with trundle. The main floor has a twin bed tucked under the staircase, as well as a half bath. Beautiful tropical wall decor, linoleum floors in in the kitchen and baths, and carpeting throughout the remainder of the condo. A total of 1233 sq.ft.
Rental of a vacation home at Bahia Vista includes use of community pool (Heated from Memorial Weekend through Labor Day Weekend) and spa. Some restrictions may apply. Occupants subject to Bahia Vista Condo Owners Association Rules & Regulations.
This property rents on a nightly basis during the non-summer seasons (2 night minimum, holidays and selected dates excepted) and on a weekly basis (Saturday to Saturday) in summer (mid-June through Labor Day). Rates subject to change and may vary by week. Rates do not include one-time cleaning and linen fee, 12% City of Avalon occupancy tax, and processing fees.

We liked the beds available, and the dining table. We enjoyed being on the end unit, and saw several deer outside our condo! (The grandkids loved that!) The pool was also very popular with our family. We spend a lot of time on the beach, and would recommend bringing a wagon or cart to tote things to the beach. The bed in the master bedroom was not very comfortable. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay!
