This two bedroom, two and a half bath, two-level vacation home is located about three blocks from the beach and shopping. The kitchen, dining area, living area with queen sofa sleeper and half bath are on the main level. The master bedroom with 3/4 bath, the second bedroom with daybed/trundle and small step out balcony overlooking the garden area, and the full bath are upstairs.
Rental of a vacation home at Bahia Vista includes use of community pool (Heated from Memorial Weekend through Labor Day Weekend) and spa. Some restrictions may apply. Occupants subject to Bahia Vista Condo Owners Association Rules & Regulations.
This property rents on a nightly basis during the non-summer seasons (2 night minimum, holidays and selected dates excepted) and on a weekly basis (Saturday to Saturday) in summer (mid-June through Labor Day). Rates subject to change and may vary by week. Rates do not include one-time cleaning and linen fee, 12% City of Avalon occupancy tax, and processing fees.

The unit was clean and spacious. The view of the bay was very nice. Be prepared to walk lots of stairs in addition to the elevators-we had to carry a baby stroller with baby up and down many times but had no complaints about that. The neighbors helped carry groceries once. Service from theanagement was excellent.

Honestly we were only there for the Catalina 9 Man race on the Sunday, so I only stayed one night. This was my second time at the condos having stayed there in 2007 for Catalina. The condos are comfortable, close to town and enough room to fit 6 people easily..even more if you want. I would stay there again just cause its easy access to down. The cost is a little high per night so you would want to fill up the condo with people to lower the costs. This high cost maybe be due to the race being held as well.
