This two-level condo facing Clemente Street offers a partial mountain view from the living room and master bedroom. On the main level downstairs you will find the open living/dining space, the kitchen, a daybed below the staircase, and a half bath. The living room has a queen sofa sleeper, a 26-inch flat panel TV and DVD player, and sliding doors that open to a cozy balcony with a barbecue grill. Upstairs you will find the master suite with 3/4 bath, the guest bedroom with a small garden-facing balcony, and a full bath in the hallway next to the stacked washer/dryer.
Rental of a vacation home at Bahia Vista includes use of community pool (Heated from Memorial Weekend through Labor Day Weekend) and spa. Some restrictions may apply. Occupants subject to Bahia Vista Condo Owners Association Rules & Regulations.
This property rents on a nightly basis during the non-summer seasons (2 night minimum, holidays and selected dates excepted) and on a weekly basis (Saturday to Saturday) in summer (mid-June through Labor Day). Rates subject to change and may vary by week. Rates do not include one-time cleaning and linen fee, 12% City of Avalon occupancy tax, and processing fees.

Our stay at Bahia Vista 04 was excellent. The home is very well kept and the space was ideal for our needs. My only complaint has nothing to do with the actual property but with the staff at Catalina Vacation Rentals, they were rude and very short at check in and when we arrived to the island before check in (with small children) they were very unaccomodating in terms of giving us a time or even a sense of priority in terms of check in. When I called to check on the house 2.5 hours after arriving they passed me from person to person each one more uninterested than the next until I ended up in someone's voicemail. I never did receive an apology.

Thank you our experience was great for my kids and friends the condo was beautiful decorate ,everything in place and so clean we enjoyed stay in this place.Our vacation been so great so we re gonna come back in a couple of months .Sincerely Torres Fam

Our annual stay in Catalina was once again wonderful. Our unit was very clean and well equipped with dishwasher and the washer and dryer in the unit. The sofabed needs to either be replaced or not included as sleeping accommodation as the mattress falls through the support platform.
