The Bahia Vista complex is perfect for reunions. La Casa Sirena features Catalina and Mermaid-themed décor, offering fun for the whole family and has been completely upgraded. There are two bedrooms upstairs. In the master, enjoy a super-comfortable king bed, walk-in shower, and double-vanity in a lush, teracotta setting. The second bedroom features comfortable twin beds in nautical theme, and the accompanying bath includes a Jacuzzi tub, set amidst rich marble tile. A comfortable daybed downstairs with a pull-out completes the accommodations. Finally, as the name suggests, there are plenty of mermaids to be found! Approximately half of the condos at Bahia Vista are available for rent, making the complex perfect for family reunions or multiple families who wish to vacation together, but have separate accommodations. Rental of a vacation home at Bahia Vista includes use of community pool (Heated from Memorial Weekend through Labor Day Weekend) and spa. Some restrictions may apply. Occupants subject to Bahia Vista Condo Owners Association Rules & Regulations.


This property rents on a nightly basis during the non-summer seasons (2 night minimum, holidays and selected dates excepted) and on a weekly basis (Saturday to Saturday) in summer (mid-June through Labor Day). Rates subject to change and may vary by week. Rates do not include one-time cleaning and linen fee, 12% City of Avalon occupancy tax, and processing fees.

    The condo is in relatively good condition considering the use it gets from renters. It would be nice if the owner could install ceiling fans in the bedrooms, due to the box fans do not cool the bedrooms. I do not do alot of cooking in the condo, but I find the kitchenware not adequate. However, the over all condition of the condo is OK.
