2 bedroom, 2-1/2 bath two story condo with the entry located on the ground level. Master bedroom has a king size bed and private bath. Second bedroom has a queen size bed, bunk beds and a small balcony that overlooks the pool. Both bedrooms and a full bath are on the second floor. The living/dining areas, kitchen (2013 updates) and a half bath are downstairs. WIFI available May '13. A total of 1233 sq. feet.
Rental of a vacation home at Bahia Vista includes use of community pool (Heated from Memorial Weekend through Labor Day Weekend) and spa. Some restrictions may apply. Occupants subject to Bahia Vista Condo Owners Association Rules & Regulations.
This property rents on a nightly basis during the non-summer seasons (2 night minimum, holidays and selected dates excepted) and on a weekly basis (Saturday to Saturday) in summer (mid-June through Labor Day). Rates subject to change and may vary by week. Rates do not include one-time cleaning and linen fee, 12% City of Avalon occupancy tax, and processing fees.

I have been staying at the Bahia Vista for 20 years now. I have stayed in multiple condos. This has been the most comfortable condo so far,in regards to the beds and couch. It's great to get out of town and head back to the condo and go for a swim. It would've nice to have more cooking items and plastic cups for the pool. It would be great to have a tv in the second bedroom for the kids. Tv isn't a big deal, it's nice if the kids get up early they can watch cartoons and you can sleep in. I'm heading back this summer and can't wait too walk into Bahia vista!!! Let the vacation begin

I was pleased with the ease of obtaining a reservation and getting into the unit. The unit had plenty of room for my family. The beds were comfortable, and I appreciated having on site laundry. It would have been good if we had Wi-Fi for Internet access. Overall it was a great week.

This unit is very comfortable and is nicely updated. I only wish there was a barbeque. We enjoy cooking at the condo and a barbeque would definitely make our experience better.

If you are planning cooking in the condo I would highly suggest that you bring your own pans and knives. You can't cook with the pots and pans and the knives are sooo dull you cant cut bread. The master bedroom was very comfortable and the extra bedroom was nice. In the other upstairs bedroom the lights didn't work and there is no tv. Two sets of bunk beds for the kids but no tv doesn't work very well. I would stay in this condo again I would bring a few things from home.
