Extra bedding is a single sofa sleeper and a single aerobed. A total of 1233 sq. feet.
Rental of a vacation home at Bahia Vista includes use of community pool (Heated from Memorial Weekend through Labor Day Weekend) and spa. Some restrictions may apply. Occupants subject to Bahia Vista Condo Owners Association Rules & Regulations.
This property rents on a nightly basis during the non-summer seasons (2 night minimum, holidays and selected dates excepted) and on a weekly basis (Saturday to Saturday) in summer (mid-June through Labor Day). Rates subject to change and may vary by week. Rates do not include one-time cleaning and linen fee, 12% City of Avalon occupancy tax, and processing fees.

The website describes the condo well and the pictures are accurate. Also, This spacious condo is in a good location, right by the pool. But, there is nowhere to hang wet pool towels. The front stairs made accessing the unit with a stroller difficult. The heat and lack of a/c made sleeping upstairs at night miserable and almost impossible. Not recommended for a hot week's stay. The kitchen is o.k., but if you're a cook you should at least bring your own knives. For small children, bring non-breakable plates/cups. The only really miserable part of this condo was the neighbors. People - including small children were awake partying loudly in the street until 4 a.m. on Friday evening. The lack of insulation, and lack of a/c made the heat and the noise a terrible combination. Not recommended for weekend stays.
