Additional features: This property can be accessed without climbing any steps by entering through the garage gate, walking to Elevator A and taking it to the third floor. A special key card must be provided by CIVR for this access ($25 refundable deposit applies). This is a one level condo that offers a walk-in shower and lever door handles.

This condo also offers the following features: 36” wide doors to master bedroom and both bathrooms for better wheelchair accessibility; grab bars and suction-cup, skid-resistant floor mats for shower and bath tub; a shower bench and toilet hand support (both normally stored in closet); and smooth floors.

Rental of a vacation home at Bahia Vista includes use of community pool (Heated from Memorial Weekend through Labor Day Weekend) and spa. Some restrictions may apply. Occupants subject to Bahia Vista Condo Owners Association Rules & Regulations.

This vacation home rents on a nightly basis (2 night minimum, holidays and selected dates excepted; 3 night minimum mid-June through Labor Day). Rates subject to change and may vary by week.     The Bahia Vista complex is great and the new managers are very friendly and personable. Our unit however, was sub par. The unit itself wasn't bad-newer kitchen, tile floors-although it contained an excessive amount of furniture! We had to rearrange the living room just to barely fit one roll away and the door to the master couldn't be closed due to the position of one of the chairs in the room (we moved the chair, but then we were also unable to open part of the closet as a result)! All of the dishes we used had to be prewashed because of griminess, the furniture was quite dusty with a few cobwebs, the floors were mostly clean except closer to the baseboards (we even found a human tooth on the floor in the bathroom!). The two roll aways were covered with dirty mattress covers and aside from a few blankets, there was no bedding available for the roll aways. The unit contained several extra pillows, which was nice, however again, no pillowcases. We did report these issues to Civr who were appalled and took great interest in what we said, then told us their cleaning crew was short staffed. My advice to the unit owners-downsize on the furniture. My advice to Civr-upgrade your cleaning crew.
