The condo was nicely furnished and well equipped. Although it appears to be on the outskirts of avalon, it's part of the hustle and bustle of everyday town life. The grounds are well designed and clean. There is an elevator, a laundry room, a pool, and a jacuzzi. All of which we used a great deal, especially the pool!

It is a very nice place to live in. The new manager was kind and so helpful.
