This property rents on a nightly basis during the non-summer seasons (2 night minimum, holidays and selected dates excepted) and on a weekly basis (Saturday to Saturday) in summer (mid-June through Labor Day). Rates subject to change and may vary by week. Rates do not include one-time cleaning and linen fee, 12% City of Avalon occupancy tax, and processing fees.

We booked this condo after having stayed at Bahia Vista in another apartment closer to the street. We wanted a smaller, more quiet unit with washer and dryer in-unit, and two Tv's, also a gas BBQ to cook outdoors on the deck. This one has all that, plus lovely decorations and furniture, full kitchen, nice appliances, an electric fireplace, and it really felt like home. We totally enjoyed our stay, and have already booked it again for 2013, which I think is the best endorsement we could offer. We've stayed in hotels, inns and other condos at Catalina, and this unit was the best for many reasons. Highly recommend it, and really look forward to coming back.

Many wonderful upgrades to this condo. Felt like home. Very clean and well furnished. I would go back.

We had a large group, and had some last minute changes. Catalina Island Vacation Rentals worked with us very well in providing this beautiful condo for us. This condo was recently updated.
