Only three or four blocks from harbor. Nice accomodations. Beautiful balcony view of distant harbor. Nice pool & hot tub however, you may have to remind mgmt to unlock gate. Pool/hot tub hours are 9am-10pm (alittle limited). Avalon is the So. Cal town that time has not touched - magic with every visit.

Pros: spasious, great balcony space withs good views, comfortable king bed with plenty of pillows, full kitchen (we bought groceries and cooked lots of our meals), the swimming pool! Cons: no beach towels provided, small bbq, a little far from town (still walking distance, but bikes were nice to have) Over all it was great for our purposes.

We stayed here in June 2012 and had a great time. The condo is in a great location, walking distance to basically everything in avalon. Condo was very clean and comfortable. There are alot of stairs in the complex, even if you take the elevator there are still some stairs so it would not be perfect for someone with mobility problems, but was not an issue for us. I loved the deck and comfy chaise lounges. The view was beautiful of the ocean, casino and also the cliff homes. Sunset view was beautiful with all the lights. We plan on coming back soon and for years to come and I would definitely stay in the same condo. I was a little disappointed it did not come with a golf cart, but this would not deter me from coming back. Next time we come I would definitely plan on cooking more in the condo and also there is a small BBQ on the deck which would be nice for saving some money on eating out. We had such a good time we even extended our stay for a night! All together I think it was a great value for the money and recommend highly!

This was the weekend of the big storm and the boats we're all cancelled until Monday. You called to keep us informed & you allowed us to stay over until Monday 19th. The best part was you only charged us 1/2 for the extra day & let us stay until we were able to actually go home. The only problem we had was with the lighting. Several of the bulbs in the bedroom & living room were burned out making it somewhat hard to read. The other issue was with the amenities. There were no tissues or soap and the bed was 2 doubles pushed together which was uncomfortable. We would definitely stay at these condos again; just would ask for a room with 1 queen/king bed and no stairs into the apt.
