This is a two level condo with large balconies on both levels. The master bedroom, with a ¾ bath and king bed, as well as the second bedroom with twin beds, are on the upper level. The large balcony can be accessed through sliding doors from each bedroom. The second bath (full) is located at the stairs landing mid-level. The living room, kitchen and dining area are on the first level. There is also a large balcony on this level that is accessed through two sliding doors.This very spacious condo was recently refreshed with an updated kitchen (new cabinets, appliances and granite counter tops), as well as bedroom furnishings and updated bathrooms.
Rental of a vacation home at Bahia Vista includes use of community pool (Heated from Memorial Weekend through Labor Day Weekend) and spa. Some restrictions may apply. Occupants subject to Bahia Vista Condo Owners Association Rules & Regulations.
This property rents on a nightly basis during the non-summer seasons (2 night minimum, holidays and selected dates excepted) and on a weekly basis (Saturday to Saturday) in summer (mid-June through Labor Day). Rates subject to change and may vary by week. Rates do not include one-time cleaning and linen fee, 12% City of Avalon occupancy tax, and processing fees.

This was a great place for my family and I to stay. It was easy to check-in and out, and a great value.

Its a good sized condo with a far view of the beach. Everything about the house was good (lots of amenities like bedding, cookware, Tvs, wifi etc) except for the fact that one of the bathrooom's sliding door does not lock and the access involves quite a few stairs even though there is an elevator. So, taking things like strollers might not be very easy. In terms of rental prices, I feel its a little on the expensive side because the condo is pretty old and a few blocks away from the beach. Especially for the last weekend in September, I left its a little too much but we were allowed an early check-in and late check out which kind of evens it out. Cleaning fee of $110 even for one day and application fee of $25 is too much. We ended up paying ~$530 for a single night
