DVD, VCR, stereo, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, a deck on each floor with partial views of Avalon Harbor and town from the spacious top deck. BBQ on the bottom deck. Take the elevator past the pool to the 2nd floor, walk through to the end of the hall. All CIVR properties are NO SMOKING. A total of 1218 sq. feet.
Rental of a vacation home at Bahia Vista includes use of community pool (Heated from Memorial Weekend through Labor Day Weekend) and spa. Some restrictions may apply. Occupants subject to Bahia Vista Condo Owners Association Rules & Regulations.
This property rents on a 3 night basis during the non-summer seasons, and on a weekly basis (Saturday to Saturday) in summer (mid-June through Labor Day). Would suggest taking a cab from Catalina Flyer to Catalina Island Vacation Rentals and having them then drop you off at the Condo. Short easy walk from downtown avila. Roomy, clean, and nicely furnished. C57 has everything you'll need for a great get away! We stayed on the third floor which had a great view of the mountains and ocean from either of the two balconies. Be prepared to use the stairs as the third floor is not serviced by elevator. Warm during the day - cooler at night. Very nice pool and spa area! Overall Great Vacation! Looking forward to visiting again soon!

C-57 was just as the video shows; except that there had been a leak in front of the frig ~ piece of plywood was covering the area. With all the units available at B.V.,this one should not have been rented until the repair work was completed. Catalina Vacation Rentals was apologetic and issued a small discount for our inconvenience. /*
