This 3 bedroom, 3 bath Penthouse Condo enjoys a 180-degree view of the Pacific Ocean, the Casino, and the picturesque Catalina hillsides. It features windows on all four sides of the condo for a soothing breeze even on the warmest summer day, as well as two private balconies, a modern, fully equipped kitchen, dining area with seating for eight, and LG Smart HD TVs with full internet access in the living room and two master suites. Those two master suites make it a perfect vacation home for two couples to share, but it will also easily accommodate three couples or an extended family with the new full bathroom and the third bedroom, which is stocked with kids’ movies. It also has a new Denali Hot Tub large enough for four adults located on the private deck off Master Suite 1. A total of 1595 sq. feet.

Rental of a vacation home at Bahia Vista includes use of community pool (Heated from Memorial Weekend through Labor Day Weekend) and spa. Some restrictions may apply. Occupants subject to Bahia Vista Condo Owners Association Rules & Regulations.
This property rents on a nightly basis during the non-summer seasons (2 night minimum, holidays and selected dates excepted) and on a weekly basis (Saturday to Saturday) in summer (mid-June through Labor Day). Rates subject to change and may vary by week. Rates do not include one-time cleaning and linen fee, 12% City of Avalon occupancy tax, and processing fees.

We were so last minute in planning our trip and Catalina Island Vacation Rentals (Civr) couldn't have been any more accommodating. They had just remodeled the unit, so they had yet to update the photos. When they said, "Trust us!" I had no idea how right they'd be. This place was unreal!

I loved the unit. It is well laid out and the kitchen was great. A lot of steps even wioth the elevator so older people should be warned. Also it would be worth paying a primium to have a golf cart associated with the unit. I did not like Jim the super but understand that he is on the way out. One suggestion is at least one lounge chair on the main deck on the 1st level. I would ask for the same unit when we return to Catalina.

Bahia Vista C65 was a great place to bring a large family. It had the perfect layout to meet the needs of three generations. My 3 year old grandson immediately claimed the room with twin beds and brought down all the board games stored in the closet. We cooked in as well as dined out. The kitchen had everything we needed. Oh, and did I mention the view? Spectacular. We'd all go back in a heart beat. I would not recommend it for elderly or disabled. There are lots of stairs involved even though there are elevators.

We used the Jacuzzi and throughly enjoyed soaking in it. The decor of all the rooms was very well done. The view from the balcony was fantastic. It was a luxurious stay!

We just returned from our stay and would like to corroborate all of the wonderful things that have been said about this rental! It was very comfortable for 3 couples. I was a little nervous about some of the reviews that said it was too far from town, but we were able to walk easily to town, the grocery store, and even Descanso Beach daily! We really enjoyed everything about our stay!

We cannot say enough about the unit! It was beautifully decorated, spacious, and the kitchen was well stocked. On top of all that, it has a spectacular view of the surrounding hills, Avalon and the harbor. If we have an opportunity to come back to Catalina Island, we will definitely request this unit again.

The Condo was beautifully remodeled. We loved the kitchen and that all of the amenities were included. We thought we would spend more time in town. However with a full kitchen and BBQ we purchased food and was able to cook and enjoy a quiet afternoon and evening home visiting with each other. The sleeping accomodations were great as the rooms were very nice size and comfortable. I woud love to come back to this home again in the future.
