This cozy corner villa has a great location offering a full ocean view from the living room, dining area, kitchen and, of course, the balcony. You'll find marble tile flooring throughout, granite counter tops and all stainless steel appliances in the kitchen, and a comfy living room with a queen sofa sleeper, large chaise lounge and 50 inch flat panel TV if you tire of the ocean view! This villa is great for one or two couples or a small family. The washer/dryer are conveniently located in a laundry room just outside the front door of the villa. Only 19 steps down from the road; 803 SF.
Rental of a vacation home in Hamilton Cove includes use of the community’s amenities (pool, spa, health club, 18-hole putting course, tennis courts, croquet court, sand volleyball court and beach area with built in barbecues and picnic tables). Some restrictions may apply. Occupants subject to Hamilton Cove Homeowners Association Rules & Regulations.
This vacation home rents on a nightly basis (2 night minimum, holidays and selected dates excepted; 3 night minimum July & August). Rates subject to change and may vary by week. Rates do not include one-time cleaning and linen fee, 12% City of Avalon occupancy tax, and processing fees.

This unit has a beautiful view and its only a few steps from the street for easy access. The golf cart makes trips to town a real snap and its fun too! The next time we return, we will look into renting the same unit. I believe this unit to have a great deal of value for the price.

I had a great and beautiful stay in Hamilton Cove. It was closer to town than I thought it would be but still away from town. Somewhere between 5-10min golf cart ride. I really liked that the unit included a golf cart. The view from inside the unit and the balcony was very beautiful. Wish I could post a picture on here. I have one panoramic picture during the day and a beautiful picture of the moon glaring off of the ocean water. I really don't know if I could have stayed at a better place. I have read reviews about places when I traveled before and didn't believe they were true or thought that someone from the company posted the review now I think different and I assure you that I do not work for this company nor am I affiliated in any kind of way. I wish I could have stayed for longer but reality was awaiting me back on the main land. Oh I can post a picture!!! The best pics won't upload for some reason.

The condo was wonderful. Could not have found a better place we truly loved our time spent there. Our only problem was the bed. It was very hard and unable to get any rest on it. A pellow top cover would help greatly!

This is a nice unit where we house our children with grand children. Unfortunately the furniture has deteriorated in the last few years. It needs some inside redecoration and with that will again become an excellent unit.

This condo needs new furniture. The leatherette couches were shedding.

Our stay was wonderful. The view was beautiful and it was nice to have the cart. The unit shows some wear and tear but overall very comfortable. Only thing we were missing is golf putters to try out the 18 hole course.

My husband and I were more than delighted with our accommodations at Hamilton Cove. We happened to be there on a weekend where the Island had bad fog, and yet that did not deter our wonderful experience with our ocean view condo. An absolute delight!

Hamilton Cove is great vacation spot and we been going there for more than 10 years. This was our second stay in the same apartment. Even this is not my favorite plan layout for 1-bdr apartment; this one is very nice, clean, good location, nice view, new golf car. The only thing we found annoying - very complicated TV, DVD settings. Too many devices and remote controllers, at the end we couldn't use our iPods because we couldn't make it work. Air bed mattress that is part of the sofa in the leaving room is good idea, but couldn't stay floated through the night even our 2 boys are very skinny. Love HC and will be back.
