Overall, we had a great family vacation! The service from Civr, as always, was great. A special thank you to Chay who is the agent we have always booked through. The location of the room was perfect. We had a shared balcony with my sister's family who was staying in the very next villa. The villa was clean and very functional.

We stayed in 1-75 with another couple. I picked this place because the two bedrooms were about as equal/comparable as we could find. The smaller bedroom had a queen bed and the bathroom was located across the hallway. The bigger bedroom had a king bed and an ensuite bathroom. But, both had gorgeous views of the water and direct access to the porch. The porch has a row of tall chairs that are actually the perfect choice because they are tall enough to see over the railings, giving you a nice spot to relax and watch the water. The living room has a small leather couch and matching love seat. It was a little tight for two couples. I wish there were two couches. But, there were plenty of throws, good lighting, and a flat screen TV. The kitchen was adequate and had everything we needed to cook a few meals (except for a can opener). It was a small space, with a dining table taking up most of the room. But, there is a half wall that opens the space up into the living area (and provides a nice place to sit and keep the cook company). The condo had wi-fi that worked well. The golf cart seated 4 comfortably and had a nice big "basket" on the back that was great for lugging groceries around. Would be nice if the golf cart was a little more powerful -- it was slow going getting up some of the hills. The location of the condo within the complex is actually pretty ideal. It's close to the entrance and only three short flights of stairs downhill, but it's still close enough to the water that you get nice views of the bay and can hear the waves breaking. Just wish the porch got a little more direct sun. All in all, we enjoyed our stay.

We had a great time at Hamilton Cove. Look forward to coming back... On the downside, it was a little pricey... The roof of the building in front of the deck could have been washed down... Otherwise, it was a wonderful, with a tremendous view.

Lots to see and do and experience. A wonderful place to visit, so close to home, with "friendly natives" and a lovely place to stay with lots of amenities. The view was awesome. Hope to return in the near future. Our two night stay was much too short.

Hamilton Cove is a most beautiful place to stay, condos terraced on a hillside above a picturesque cove. The condo was comfortable with 2 ample size bathrooms, roomy kitchen and terrace. You could tell it was owned by a family that loved being there as it was stocked with kitchen utensils, games, books and plenty of useful accessories, like throws and foldable tables. All in all the furnishings were a little on the worn side but it had flat-screen TVs in each room and everything worked! We needed some extra bar soap and dish-washing detergent and the rental company brought those by immediately. They were very receptive.
